1. POSTAGE & DELIVERIES

We use only trackable and secure delivery methods requiring a signature upon delivery. We do not use standard post or standard Express Post as neither require a signature and are consequently not secure.

AUSTRALIA - FREE Standard Delivery (Australia Post eParcel or Registered Mail):

How long?
For orders placed by 7pm (Melbourne time) all efforts are made to post by eParcel or registered mail the next working day.

Delivery of standard registered parcels usually takes:

1-2 working days within Melbourne

2-3 working days to other locations within Victoria

3-5 working days to capital cities outside Victoria

4-6 working days to other locations outside Victoria

This means that you will receive your order within 2 – 7 working days of ordering, depending on where you live.

Please remember that during very busy times (e.g. before Christmas), the postal service may take longer, and that delays in the postal service are out of our control.

How much?
FREE - regardless of the type of item and the number of items ordered.

How long?
Orders received by 2pm (Melbourne time): All efforts are made to dispatch the same day. Delivery times are usually the next day, except as noted on the Australia Post site above.

$10.00 - regardless of the type or weight of the item or the number of items ordered.

This means that you will receive your order within 4 – 10 working days of ordering.

2. RETURNS 

For returns to be speedily approved and processed, please log onto your account and click on "Return Requests" or, if you do not have an account, then please use the contact form or email info@alibionline.com.au. The Returns Officer will respond within one business day.
Please note that returns will be authorised by email only.

NOTE: Please do NOT use standard or "Express Post" as these do not require a signature and very often get lost.

What can be returned:
If you change your mind, all items can be returned. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, with all tags attached in the original way, in their original packaging, and must be posted by registered mail and received by AlibiOnline within 14 days of the date the item was received by you or at your post office.

For regular priced items only, you can choose to receive another size, colour, or different style in exchange, receive a Store Credit or have the item's purchase price credited to your original method of payment. 

For sale or reduced items (i.e. reduced items are items that are sold at a reduced price as a result of a coupon code or a discount code being applied), you can choose to receive another size, colour, or different style in exchange, or receive a Store Credit. We do not refund sale or reduced items. 

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know the colour, size or item you would like in exchange. Once your return parcel arrives, the exchange item will be posted to you free of charge.

If the item you are choosing in exchange costs less than the original item, the balance of the original item’s purchase price will be credited to your original method of payment. If the item you are choosing in exchange costs more than the original item, then we will send you instructions on how to pay the difference. 

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and must be posted by registered mail within 7 days of the date the item was received at your post office. 

Please note that postage cannot be credited towards the purchase price of an item you choose in exchange. Once we have received your parcel, an exchange will be processed within 14 days. 

Refunds:
If you prefer a refund, the purchase amount (less postage) will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of goods. 

Please remember that an item is only eligible for return if it is in its original condition, with all tags attached in the original way, unworn, unwashed and not dry cleaned. 

NOTE: We do not refund Sale or Reduced items. (Sale items refer to items that are reduced in price and are listed on the website at a price below the normal retail price, Reduced items refer to items that are purchased at a discount to the normal retail price listed on our website) For Sale or Reduced items, you can choose to receive another size, colour, or different style in exchange, or receive a Store Credit.

NOTE: All garments are sent out with very large tamper-proof tags, attached in a prominent position on the outside of the garment. As well as the previously mentioned conditions, these tags must be intact or else any refund eligibility will be voided and no return or exchange possible. 

How to return an item:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, not dry cleaned, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and must be posted by registered mail and must be received by AlibiOnline within 14 days of the order being received by you or at your post office.

Please remember that jewellery and evening bags cannot be returned, that we cannot refund or credit your return-postage fees, and that we cannot be responsible for items returned other than by registered mail.

We repeat, please do NOT use standard or "Express Post" as these do not require a signature and very often go astray, are often delivered to the wrong person, left in the street etc. and are otherwise lost.
We take no responsibility for return items lost in the mail. Please also include a note with your retuen so that we can follow any instructions that are applicable. 

 

3How to redeem a Coupon Code

To redeem a Coupon Code go to the "View your Cart Screen" and simply enter the Coupon Code into the box in the top right hand corner of the screen. (example below)

enter it in the box below and click 'Go'.

 

The value of the discount will be auotomatically deducted from the amount owing.

Now you can proceed to checkout

 

4How to find my Order Details

If you go to the Home page you will see above the AlibiOnline Logo a tool bar with the icon "OrderStatus" if you click on this icon you will be taken to a screen which gives you the status of all your previous orders.

If the details of an order of yours is not being shown then this would mean that you have checked out as a Guest and not via your account.

 

 4How to use my Store Credit

You will be able to see the store credit when you log into your account.

The Store Credit will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the screen once you have logged in.

The next time you purchase an item and you proceed to checkout, you will be able to utilise the Store Credit.

This Store Credit will be automatically applied and you will just have to pay the difference (if there is a difference) through Paypal or credit card.

If the value of the item you are purchasing is less that the amount of the Store Credit then only that portion of your Store Credit equal to the amount of the item you are purchasing will be applied and the balance of your Store Credit will remain in your account to be applied the next time you make a purcahse.

Store Credits are available to be used within 12 months of their issue date.

 

5. Privacy Statement

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you subscribe to our system we will use your personal information for our marketing and business development activities we will not disclose your information to anyone.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you are browsing are website we will monitor how you use our website, what areas you visit and how many times you visit. This information is solely used for further development on our website. We will not pass this information on to a third party unless the law requires us to.

PAYMENT

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then AlibiOnline securely stores your credit card data. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
