Muscat Dress by WISH has delicately ruched dropped shoulders and soft short sleeves. Neckline is scooped with keyhole and adjustable ties and high scooped back. Dress is loose-fitting and unlined at top. Skirt is fully lined and  opaque, has stretchy waist and flares from waist to hem. Falls to above the knee. Comes in black with vintage floral print in muted autumn shades of amber, moss, stone, merlot and misty gray.
